On July 24, 2019 at PICC Plenary Hall, Pasay City, Manila, the BALAOAN WATER DISRICT(BWD) was awarded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) the BRONZE AWARD pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 1801414 dated December 04, 2018 for having managed and implemented its human resource management systems according to documented processes, thereby achieving the process-defined HRM in the four core HRM systems under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
